Your farm and field data on Arvorum will always be your own. But we allow you to securely share that data with authorised advisors as part of our precision farming platform.
This means that you can store and source your data from multiple places, whilst keeping your data in the hands of those you trust the most. This is thanks to the different levels of access available through Arvorum that you give to others at your discretion.
Sharing farm and field data after adopting precision farming can significantly boost your agricultural productivity, enabling informed decision-making and tailored advice. Here’s how you can harness this feature to optimise your day-to-day farming practices:
Sharing Data Through Arvorum’s App
- Navigating to the ‘Fields’ Tab: Starting from your Arvorum dashboard, head to the ‘Fields’ section at the bottom of your feed.
- Accessing Your Field List: Swipe upward to unveil your field list. This list represents the different areas of your farm, each requiring unique management.
- Inviting Your Team: From the ‘Field’s menu, select ‘Team’ at the top right corner.
- Adding a New Team Member: You’ll be given the option to manage your team from here. Choose the first of two options available to you: ‘Invite a new team member’.
- Specifying Details: You’ll now need to fill in the details about your new team member, including their email address and what levels of access you wish them to have, as well as what restrictions you want them to be under. Enter these details at your discretion.
- Assigning Roles: Each team member can be assigned a specific role that defines their responsibilities and access. Choose what role you would like them to play on your farm.
- Finalizing the Share: Once you are happy with your options, select ‘Share’ and grant your new advisor access to your farm’s data. This final step integrates them into your farming operations, ready to offer their expertise.

Now you are ready to begin sharing data with your new advisor. They will have the access you provided them to start helping you optimise your fields, improve your farm’s efficiency, increase sustainability and, ultimately, profitability to strengthen your precision farming operations.
